Picture-Frame Wall Molding
Picture-frame molding adds individual framed outlines to an existing wall. A full-wall layout can organize a living room, bedroom or dining area without covering the entire surface with panels.
Design & material.
Frame height, width and the spaces between frames establish the character of the wall. Tall frames emphasize height, while multiple rows can relate to furniture or artwork. Painting the trim and wall together gives a quieter result; a contrasting color brings the outlines forward.
Installation details.
We set out the frames around door casings, baseboards, switches and furniture. The condition of the existing wall is important because it remains visible inside each frame. Preparation, joint finishing and painting are defined alongside the trim installation.
Are the panels inside each frame recessed?
