Information we collect
When you request an estimate, consultation or trade conversation, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, company information, consultation preferences and project selections. We save campaign tags (UTM parameters) for the current browser session and attach them to your inquiry to understand where requests come from. We also process limited technical information needed to operate the forms and prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare and deliver your preliminary estimate, respond to your inquiry, follow up about the project, maintain business records and protect the site. If the optional email preference remains selected when you submit, we may also send occasional ESSE Studio news, project updates and offers.
Your email choice
Marketing emails are optional and your choice does not affect your estimate. You may unsubscribe through the link in any promotional email or contact us at estimates@essewalls.com. Project-specific messages may still be sent when needed to respond to your request.
Service providers and disclosure
We may use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management and related business operations. They receive information only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and your choices
We retain estimate and inquiry records for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an active project, legal obligations or dispute resolution. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing estimates@essewalls.com. We may keep limited records needed to honor an unsubscribe request.
