Paintable Slatted Walls
Paintable slatted walls create a sequence of flat faces and recessed gaps. A painted finish allows the relief to coordinate with the room while retaining the clear rhythm of vertical slats.
Design & material.
A single color across the faces and background emphasizes depth through shadow. A contrasting background makes the gaps more pronounced. The spacing, face width and finish can be reviewed together to achieve a restrained or stronger graphic effect.
Installation details.
We establish whether a panel system or a custom slat arrangement is appropriate for the design. The scope considers wall preparation, background finish, slat alignment and exposed edges. Any lighting and the access required for it are coordinated separately before installation.
Are painted slats the same as acoustic wood panels?
No. The painted slat appearance does not establish an acoustic rating or a felt-backed construction. We confirm the material and mounting assembly for the selected design.
