Wide Slat Room Dividers
Wide slat dividers use broader faces to make a stronger visual boundary between spaces. They are a different profile choice from standard slats, with fewer, more prominent vertical elements in a comparable opening.
Design & material.
The current wide option uses 9.5-inch slats for 8 and 9-foot installations. The broader face shows more of the selected finish and changes the view through the divider. Compare the layout in both its more open and more screened positions when a rotating system is planned.
Installation details.
Wider faces require a deliberate review of spacing and movement near furniture or passageways. We verify mounting conditions at the floor and ceiling and the selected system's clearances. Product availability, finish and the final number of slats are confirmed after measuring the opening.
Are wide slats available in the same heights as standard slats?
The current selection offers wide slats for 8 and 9-foot installations. Standard slats also include 6 and 10-foot options. Final suitability is checked against site measurements.
