A closer look.

Bright Black is a deep charcoal chert with a naturally layered, fine-grained surface. As light passes through the translucent stone from behind, subtle mineral variations come forward and give a feature wall a quiet, dimensional glow.

Shown as individual 4 × 10 ft veneer sheets, the natural pattern varies from sheet to sheet. Without backlighting, the stone reads as charcoal and smoky gray; warm-white light gives a softer glow, while a golden tone brings out warmer mineral notes. Final color and brightness depend on the selected sheets and lighting.
